As the Residential and Insurance Claim Management side of the Redwood / Bohon Roofing Group, Redwood specializes in providing a frictionless, turnkey experience tailored specifically to our homeowners’ needs, while the Bohon side of the house serves our commercial and industrial clients. Chris Edwards holds a degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in residential and commercial construction and development. He has founded and led multiple successful Oklahoma-based companies and was recognized on the Inc. 500 list for building one of the 250 fastest-growing companies in America.
Vice President, Sales
A 5-star recruit out of Fresno, California, Caleb played 6 years at the University of Oklahoma, earning Freshman All-American honors, 5 Big 12 Championships, 3 College Football Playoff appearances, a team captaincy, and the AFCA Allstate Good Works Team award, one of college football's most prestigious character recognitions. He did all of it while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and an MBA from OU's Price College of Business, 3 degrees completed while actively competing at the Division I level through 3 ACL tears. When his playing career ended, Caleb spent 4 years helping build the SOUL Mission program, developing young men for life beyond football, before stepping away to go all in on Redwood Roofing. As VP of Sales, he oversees every client relationship, reviews every insurance settlement report, and personally ensures that no homeowner gets shortchanged by a system designed to work against them. His faith, his decade in Norman, and his belief that it is a blessing to bless people are the foundation everything at Redwood is built on.
Vice President, Operations
Malcolm Wankel is a University of Oklahoma graduate with a degree in Human Resources. While earning his degree, he competed on the OU track team as a four-year letter winner, second-team All-American, and contributor to two Big 12 titles. He also gained hands-on construction experience each summer. Malcolm values the craftsmanship of every roof, believing even the smallest project can make a big impact on a family’s home and security.
